Millennia Carta is a news and incident recording mobile application that
allows users to capture incidents and spread awareness regarding incidents that might prove to be harmful or inconvenient to people in their immediate surroundings.
-To record an incident, click a picture or record an video from the apps inbuilt camera,
-Then select the icon that best describes the content of the picture or video and press submit.
-You can also add more pictures or videos, description to your incident, and view others incidents on the map.
